Honestly, we got tired of ordering a mocktail at a nice restaurant, only to be served a thick fruit juice with a garnish.
We missed the ritual and sophistication of a truly great cocktail—the balance, the bite, the beautiful glassware, and the feeling that what you’re drinking is every bit as considered as everything else on the table.
Our founders have been sober for years, and our entire team came together around one shared belief: choosing not to drink alcohol shouldn’t mean settling for less.
We wanted something beautiful on the bar, complex in the glass, and capable of delivering the authentic tequila-style experience we felt was missing. A non-alcoholic agave spirit with real character, real complexity, and enough bite to make a cocktail feel like a cocktail.
So we decided to create it ourselves.
Society Del Sol was created for the sober, the sober-curious, cocktail lovers, and anyone who simply wants a great drink without the alcohol.
Because a great night has never depended on alcohol — and a great cocktail shouldn’t have to either.
